ABOUT:
AmberMind AI – UX/UI & Brand Identity Design for an AI-Driven Mental Health Platform.
Brief:
AmberMind AI is an AI-powered mental health platform designed to provide accessible and intuitive support for individuals seeking mental wellness solutions. The goal was to develop a cohesive brand identity and seamless user experience that fosters trust and encourages users to interact with AI-driven mental health tools.
Role & Approach:
As the UX/UI and Brand Designer, I was responsible for shaping the platform’s visual identity and designing an intuitive, empathetic user interface. My work included:
Brand Identity Development:
-Defined visual language, typography, and color schemes to create a calming and approachable aesthetic.
-Designed a logo and brand assets that reflect the platform’s mission of providing safe, AI-assisted mental health support.
-Established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across marketing and digital platforms.
UX/UI Design:
-Conducted user research to understand the needs and pain points of individuals seeking digital mental health support.
-Developed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
-Created an inclusive, accessibility-friendly design system with dark mode support.
Challenges:
-Balancing AI with human-like interaction: Ensuring the chatbot felt intuitive, supportive, and engaging while maintaining user trust.
-Creating a visually cohesive yet functional design: Merging aesthetics with usability to foster a sense of calm and reliability.
-Building a unique yet recognizable brand identity: Crafting a visual identity that stood out in the mental health space while aligning with user expectations.
Final Outcome:
-Developed a strong, recognizable brand identity that resonates with the platform’s target audience.
-Delivered a user-friendly, visually engaging, and emotionally supportive UI, making mental health support more accessible.
-Increased user engagement and retention by creating a seamless, trust-driven user experience.
